Warmup and hydrate 30 minutes before training!
FULL WORKOUT ROUTINE: (Perform 3 days a week)
Neutral Grip Dumbbell Bench Press(Drop-sets): 3 sets of 8-12 reps after completing 8-12 reps lower the weight and do 8 more reps.
Bent-over DB Row (Drop-sets): 3 sets of 8-12 reps
Prone Ys: 3 sets of 20 reps
WingSpanners: 3 sets of 15
Donkey Kicks: 3 sets of 15 each leg
12 curls to 20 pushups: 3 sets
Split Squat: 3 sets of 10 each leg
Burpee Leaps 3 sets there and back
