So nice I did it twice. Samurai Jack is one of my favorite animated series of all time and its back on adult swim this Saturday night. Today's workout will help you build a strong athletic body like Jack so you can help him whoop Aku.

FULL SAMURAI JACK WORKOUT: if you are a beginner take your time and go slow. but REST 45-60 seconds between sets to make this more of a challenging workout
Sword/Bar Crunches 4 sets of 25
Walking Lunges 4 sets there n back (pick a good distance and walk there and back)
Core Pushups 4 sets of 15-25 (press your feet into a stable objects and keep your core contracted while doing elevated pushups)
Jump Goods 3 sets of 10
Handstand Practice (if you've done my rock lee tough like the toonz I explain there how to master it)
Moving Planks 3 sets of 1 minute intervals
Squat Holds 3 sets of 1 minute intevals
Run 45 minutes and try to get 5-6 miles
Meditate 10 minutes
