Some people start the year off with a bang...But I'm starting 2017 off with a YANG HIYOOO 😂 But with RWBY Volume 4 becoming Super Intense and since I just marathoned RWBY CHIBI I thought it was about time I did this RWBY workout to make yall into strong Hunters/Huntresses just like our badass teens! Todays workout will be circuit based and something you can do when you want a quick effective exercise when you're short on time! So LETS GET TO IT!! FULL WORKOUT: Complete this Circuit 4 times doing the exercises continually and then after the final exercise rest 60 seconds at perform 3 or 4 more times.
Ruby Rose Reapers: 30 seconds
Weiss Schnee Wall Sits: 60 Seconds
Blake Belladonna Twist Jumps: 30 seconds
Yang Xiao Long Power Ups: 30 seconds
Swift Qrow Brandwen : 60 seconds
Cinder Fall Pulses: 30 seconds each leg
Nora Bounces: 30 seconds
Sun Wukong's Bicycles: 60 seconds
