Through Hard work and effort he's been training since Childhood to be the greatest swordsman there ever was by Pumping that Iron. Zoro Training Routine (3 DAYS A WEEK):
Warmup: 5 minutes with Brisk Jogging and jumping Jacks
Barbell/Dumbbell Curls 3 sets of 5-8 reps
Weighted Diamond Pushups 4 sets of 15-20 reps
Frog Jumps: 4 sets there and back (Your area of choice)
Handstand Pushups: 4 sets of 5-8 reps (USE A WALL if you need to)
Sword Practice however long as you need to but 30 mins
Military Press: 3 sets of 5- 8 reps
