Black ★ Star, the cocky meister of the spooky Anime Soul Eater that can back up words with insane feats of strength and power. One of my personal favorite characters and since Soul Eater is the perfect Anime for October I had to workout routine for the Man who will surpass God!
Full Workout:
Countdown exercises are exercises where you start at a high number and count your way down to the bottom.
For example if you did 20 pushups then rested 15 seconds you would then do 19 pushups, rest again and so on until you hit 1 rep left. This allows you to constantly get stronger as all you need to do is make the bigger number higher for a better challenge.
Black ★ Star's Workout Routine:
Weight shift Planks-Pushups Countdown 20-1
When 2 exercises are linked like this you do 20 reps for the first exercise then immediately 20 reps for the next, that makes it a superset. Then rest 15-30 seconds and perform 19 reps for each exercise counting down each time.
Chin-ups to Wide Chin-ups Countdown of 20-1
Wind Sprints 10 there and back.
pick a good distance about 100 meters and then sprint there and back as fast as you can.
