It seems the King T'Challa is finally getting his love. Black Panther is set to release February 16th 2018, Chadwick Boseman has gotten ripped to play our hero and in preparation of this great day I had to give my man his very own Tough like the Toonz. Be sure to share it with your friends and family. This one is gonna be tough.
FULL BLACK PANTHER WORKOUT: (PERFORM 3 days a week)
Punch Presses 3 sets of 30 reps supersetted with Pullups 3 sets of 15 (switch styles of pullups each set) Rest 20 seconds before doing a second round.
Panther Hops 4 sets of 60 seconds supersetted with Plyo pushups to panther crawls.
Lateral Band Raises and Ring Rows 4 sets of 20 reps
Claw Pushups 3-4 sets of 15 reps
Finish with 5 full Hill sprints
If you want you can do the splits on non weight training days just add 2 more of them.
