TRAINING SCHEDULE (2-3 days a week as its quite intense)
If you want you can also split up strength training sessions for one day and cardio for the others.
Alternating Jump Kicks 4 sets of 60 second intervals (rest 30 seconds after finishing 1 interval)
Diable Pistols 4 sets of 10 reps
Burpee Knees 4 sets of 30 second intervals
Scissor Kicks 3 sets of 30 reps
Diable Jambes 4 sets of 60 second intervals
Stair Running 4 sets of 60 second intervals
Band Sprints 3 sets there and back
