So I decided I'd make a circuit based on all these incredible upcoming heroes from My Hero Academia's World. This Unisex Workout routine will help sculpt a strong athletic body so you can become the own hero of your life. Its gonna be tough but it will be worth it. Also Next episode of Boku No Hero is gonna be insane. All I'm gonna say is.....USOS ;)

Full Training Routine: Repeat Entire Circuit 5-7 times
Bakugo's Explosive Pushups: 30 pushups
Explosive Jumps: 30 seconds
Or if you want it advanced
10 Explosive Pushups - 10 Explosive Jumps: 60 seconds
Kirishima Core Pummelers: 60 seconds
Tenya Iida's Toe Walk Sprints: 20 steps forward, One 100 meter sprint (repeat 3 times)
Todoroki's Burn Planks: Alternate between pedaling and planks every 10 seconds.
Tooru Hagakure's DECIMATORs: Just rest 60 seconds lol
Tsu's Frog Hops: 60 seconds
Booty Kicks: 30 seconds each leg
Yaoyoruzu Pullovers/Press Squeezes: 16 reps feeling the squeeze in your chest
After completing the full circuit rest 90 seconds and repeat 4-6 more times for an effective workout.
