Full Training Routine: AS YOU BECOME STRONGER ADD MORE ROUNDS To the training.
Fast pushups for 30 seconds supersetted to 15 pike pushups, The Goal is to keep alternating until you hit 100 Pike Pushups total, this should burn your muscles in a good way to get you a nice pump and some solid muscular endurance.
*Rest 60 seconds
Double Crunches for 30 seconds and in the same manner switch to doing Plank Rows, Just like above these will help you develop your back and biceps and strengthen your core.
4 sets of Black Meteorites 20 reps to There n Back Sprints.
DEMON SLAYER CHOPS; Focus on Contracting the core and making sure you dont overtwist your back. CHOOSE A LIGHT MANAGEABLE WEIGHT! and do 50 reps each side
as you can get stronger you can add more sets to the first and last exercises.
